Our purpose

The purpose of the Association is to promote peace and communication between people respecting nature. We aim at creating and maintaining dialogue between people from different cultures and views of life and promoting everyday meeting of people. Association governs Esko fund that grants scholarships for these purposes.

Tavoitteemme

Viittakivi International Association ry on kansainvälinen yhdistys, jonka tavoitteena on edistää rauhaa ja ihmisten välistä ymmärrystä luontoa ja elämää kunnioittaen.

 Yhdistys hallinnoi Elvi Saaren stipendirahastoa. 

Membership

The Association is international and its member can be a private person, a juridical entity and a foundation, who wishes to promote the purpose of the Association.

 Yhdistyksen jäseneksi ovat tervetulleita yksityiset henkilöt, oikeuskelpoiset yhteisöt ja säätiöt, jotka haluavat edistää yhdistyksen tarkoitusta.

Viittakivi International Centre was started in 1952, five years after the Paris peace treaty. A permanent peace was an image in the future, but has not been reached for the time being.


Viittakiven Opisto käynnistyi vuonna 1952 viisi vuotta Pariisin rauhansopimuksen jälkeen. Pysyvä rauha häämötti tulevaisuudessa mutta on toistaiseksi tavoittamattomissa.
